The most recent addition to this list, Tax Masters is the biggest company in the tax resolution industry.
Houston's KHOU is reporting, the bankruptcy filing "coms as the Texas Attorney General's Office is set to begin a trial against the tax resolution firm for misleading consumers under Texas' Deceptive Trade Practices Act." More specifically, Tax Masters it would not start working on a case until it got all its money even if that meant missing important IRS deadlines.
